While effective, it may cause side effects such as low levels of calcium, folic acid, and vitamins A, D, E, and K. Patients should adhere to their prescribed diet and take the medication with food. It is important to inform the doctor of any symptoms like nausea, vomiting, constipation, or abdominal pain, and to avoid taking other medications close to the time of taking Sevmune 400 Tablet.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush, or break it. Sevmune 400 Tablet is to be taken with food.
