For adults and children 6 and older: Use once a day after brushing with a toothpaste. Vigorously rinse 10ml of mouthwash between teeth for 1 minute and then spit out. Do not swallow. Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after rinsing. For children under 6 years of age: Consult a dentist or physician before using.
