Keep your feet clean and dry, particularly between the toes. Cut your nails short and prefer open-toe shoes for everyday use. Use a separate clean towel for the feet and wear clean cotton socks. Never share your socks, shoes, and towel with others. Avoid getting it in the eyes, nose, or mouth. If accidental exposure occurs, rinse immediately with plenty of water.

Wash the affected area thoroughly with water, dry it, and then apply Sebandro Soap. Wash your hands carefully after applying Sebandro Soap to prevent the infection from spreading to other parts of the body or other people.
Use Sebandro Soap for as long as advised by your doctor. Typically, it is used for 2-4 weeks for jock itch and sweat rash, and 2-6 weeks for Athlete's foot. Do not stop using it even if your symptoms have disappeared, as the infection may reappear if not properly treated.
