In PAH, it relaxes or widens the blood vessels inside the lungs, which reduces blood pressure in the lungs.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Science Of Him Tadalafil 10mg Tablet may be taken with or without food but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

It is best to take it an hour before sexual intercourse. But you can take it anytime between 30 minutes and 4 hours before sexual activity. Do not take it more than once a day. Do not use Science Of Him Tadalafil 10mg Tablet if you have recently taken nitrates (medicines used in angina or chest pain). Do not use Science Of Him Tadalafil 10mg Tablet if you have had a heart attack in the past 3 months or stroke or heart failure in the past 6 months.
