Your doctor will explain how to use Scabkro Lotion and how much you need. Read the instructions that come with the medicine to make sure you use it correctly. Your skin should be clean, dry, and cool before using it. Your whole body should be washed thoroughly 8-14 hours after you have used this medicine. Most people only need to use it once to treat their condition but if a second application is needed, wait at least 7 days. Sometimes itching may last for a few weeks after treating scabies. This is probably an allergic reaction to dead mites and not a sign that the treatment has failed.

This medicine is for external use only. Use this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Shake it well and apply to the area evenly.

Side Effects

Mild burning, stinging, or tingling where the medicine is applied.

Breastfeeding Warning

Scabkro Lotion is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby.

Pregnancy Warning

Scabkro Lotion is generally considered safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects to the developing baby; however, there are limited human studies.

Scabkro Lotion is prescribed for the treatment of scabies (a condition where tiny insects infest and irritate your skin). It should be used as per dose and duration suggested by your doctor. Apply a thin layer of this medicine all over the body and leave it for 8-14 hours before taking a bath or shower. Avoid getting it in your eyes, nose, or mouth. If this happens, rinse with water immediately.
