This process of Jala Neti has been a part of Ayurvedic medicine for hundreds of years and provides a natural way to clear nasal passages and to relieve nasal congestion and allergies.

Add a saline solution of the recommended ratio to the neti pot. Tilt your head to the side and gently insert the spout into one nostril, allowing the saline solution to flow through and exit the other nostril. Repeat on the other side.
