Sanspas 20mg/100mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: dicyclomine and nimesulide which relieve abdominal pain. Dicyclomine is an anticholinergic which works by relaxing the muscles in the stomach and gut (intestine). It stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms). By doing this, it relieves cramps, pain, bloating, and discomfort. Nimesulide is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling).

Sanspas 20mg/100mg Tablet is used to give relief from abdominal pain. Sanspas 20mg/100mg Tablet should be taken with or straight after a meal or snack. This helps to reduce the risk of stomach upset. Stick to simple meals and avoid spicy rich food in order to avoid feeling sick (nausea). Drink plenty of water while taking Sanspas 20mg/100mg Tablet in case you experience diarrhea as its side-effect. Dry mouth may occur as a side effect. Frequent mouth rinses, good oral hygiene, increased water intake, and sugarless candy may help.
