Salphyllin Paediatric Drop is a combination of three medicines: Ambroxol, Levosalbutamol, and Guaifenesin. It is used to treat wet cough, acute sore throat, and asthma in children. It relieves throat irritation, clears congestion, and enables easy breathing. The medicine is available in oral drop form and should be given with food to avoid stomach upset.

Give the medicine with food along with a glass of water to avoid stomach upset in your child. Do not give this medicine to your child for a long term without consulting your child's doctor.

Salphyllin Paediatric Drop is a combination of three medicines: Ambroxol, Levosalbutamol, and Guaifenesin. Ambroxol is a mucolytic that thins and loosens mucus, making it easier to cough out. Levosalbutamol is a bronchodilator that relaxes the muscles in the airways and widens the airways.
