The Sahyog Wellness Arm Style Digital Blood Pressure Monitor is a fully automatic device designed for use at home. It provides fast and reliable measurement of systolic and diastolic blood pressure and pulse reading using the oscillometric method. The device is used to measure blood pressure and pulse rate, and it has various features such as measuring range, pulse rate detection, cuff size, date and time, user interface, irregular heartbeat indication, colour-coded results, memory, and dual power.

To use the device, keep the body relaxed before taking the measurement, keep the palm facing up and insert the cuff at the heart level, make sure the cuff is tight and taped up, keep an inner space at one finger between the cuff and the arm, push the start button, and after 40 seconds, the display will show the pressure level and heart rate.

The device uses the oscillometric method to measure blood pressure and pulse rate.
