RT-Dom Tablet is a combination medicine used to treat gastroesophageal reflux disease (Acid reflux) and peptic ulcer disease by relieving symptoms such as heartburn, indigestion, stomach pain, or irritation.

RT-Dom Tablet is taken in a dose and duration as advised by the doctor. The dose you are given will depend on your condition and how you respond to the medicine. You should keep taking this medicine for as long as your doctor recommends. If you stop treatment too early your symptoms may come back and your condition may worsen. Let your healthcare team know about all other medications you are taking as some may affect or be affected by this medicine.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. RT-Dom Tablet is to be taken empty stomach.

RT-Dom Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Omeprazole, Domperidone, and Simethicone. Omeprazole is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) which reduces the amount of acid in the stomach and relieves acid-related indigestion and heartburn. Domperidone is a prokinetic which works on the region in the brain that controls vomiting. It also acts on the upper digestive tract to increase the movement of the stomach and intestines allowing food to move more easily through the stomach. Simethicone is an antifoaming medicine which disintegrates gas bubbles and allows easy passage of gas.
