Rozucor B 180mg/40mg Tablet is a widely prescribed medicine and regarded as safe for long-term use. It can be taken with a meal or on an empty stomach. Take it at any time of the day but try to take it at the same time each day. Rozucor B 180mg/40mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines. Bempedoic acid inhibits an enzyme called adenosine triphosphate-citrate lyase (ACL) and blocks the production of cholesterol in the liver. Rosuvastatin blocks an enzyme called HMG-CoA reductase and slows the production of cholesterol in the body to decrease the amount of cholesterol that may build up on the walls of the arteries and block blood flow to the heart, brain, and other parts of the body.

Inform your doctor if you experience fatigue, muscle weakness, or muscle pain. Inform your doctor if you notice signs of liver problems such as stomach pains, unusually dark urine, or yellowing of skin or eyes. If you are diabetic, monitor your blood sugar level regularly as Rozucor B 180mg/40mg Tablet may increase your blood sugar level. Lifestyle changes like low-fat and salt diet, exercise, not smoking, and cutting down on the amount of alcohol you normally drink may help this medicine work better.
