Introduction

Ropark 2 Tablet is used to treat Parkinson's disease and restless leg syndrome. It helps to treat excessive shaking by slowing down the body movements. It can be taken with or without food, and it is recommended to take it 2 to 3 hours before bedtime for restless leg syndrome. It is also important to avoid activities that require alertness, such as driving, until you know how the medication affects you.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Ropark 2 Tablet is to be taken with food.

Ropark 2 Tablet works by increasing the action of dopamine, a chemical messenger that is needed to control movement in the brain.

You have been prescribed Ropark 2 Tablet to treat your symptoms of Parkinson's disease and/or restless leg syndrome. It can be taken with or without food. Taking it with food may reduce nausea. For restless leg syndrome, take this medicine 2 to 3 hours before bedtime. Avoid activities that require you to be alert, such as driving a car, until you know how this medication affects you. Rise slowly if you have been sitting or lying down to lower the chance of feeling dizzy or passing out.
