Rolistat F 67 mg/5 mg Tablet is a combination of two lipids (fat) lowering medicines. It is used to lower the levels of lipids known as cholesterol and triglycerides in the blood when lifestyle changes (eg. low-fat diet) on their own have failed. This medicine helps to reduce the risk of heart disease.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Rolistat F 67 mg/5 mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Rolistat F 67 mg/5 mg Tablet is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby.

Rolistat F 67 mg/5 mg Tablet is a combination of two lipid-lowering medicines: Fenofibrate and Rosuvastatin. Fenofibrate works by lowering the levels of triglycerides in your blood while Rosuvastatin prevents your body from making 'bad' cholesterol (LDL). Both raise the levels of “good” cholesterol (HDL).
Notify your doctor if you experience muscle symptoms (pain or weakness) particularly if accompanied with fever. Notify your doctor if you experience stomach pain, loss of hunger, a sick feeling or dark urine. Do not discontinue Rolistat F 67 mg/5 mg Tablet without consulting your doctor even if you feel better. Avoid alcohol consumption (includes wine, beer, and liquor).
Rolistat F 67 mg/5 mg Tablet contains Rosuvastatin and Fenofibrate. A very rare (1 in 10,000 patients) side effect is liver damage. Patients with pre-existing liver disease should avoid using this medicine. If you experience any early signs or symptoms of liver damage, such as fever, rash, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, fatigue, stomach pain, dark urine, yellow skin or eyes, or abnormal liver enzymes, consult your doctor immediately.
Muscle pain may occur due to muscle injury while taking Rolistat F 67 mg/5 mg Tablet. However, this side effect does not affect everyone. Seek immediate medical advice if you experience muscle pain or weakness.
