How it works
Rockbon Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Calcium Citrate Malate and Calcitriol. Calcium Citrate Malate is a nutritional supplement of calcium given when you do not get enough calcium from your diet. Calcitriol is the active form of Vitamin D. It raises Vitamin D levels in your blood. This in turn raises calcium levels in your blood by helping you absorb more calcium from your intestine.
Quick Tips
Inform your doctor if you have kidney problems or if you have ever had kidney stones. Let your doctor know if you are taking any other medications like antihypertensives, antibiotics, or medicines for heart disease or bone disorders. Inform your doctor if you are taking an iron supplement as the absorption rate might be affected. Include calcium-rich food in your diet like milk, cheese, yogurt, calcium-fortified soya milk, and green leafy vegetables like spinach.
