Rifamust 200mg Tablet can be used alone or in combination with other medicines. It may be taken with or without food, preferably at the same time each day. It should be used in the dose and duration as advised by the doctor. Stopping it early may make the infection come back and harder to treat. Some people may develop side effects like vomiting, headache, constipation, fever, abdominal pain, and nausea. Your urine may become reddish in color due to this medicine, but it is normal and harmless. If your symptoms do not improve after three days, inform your doctor. Do not take a second course of Rifamust 200mg Tablet. It may cause reddish discoloration of urine. This is normal and harmless. Stop taking Rifamust 200mg Tablet and inform your doctor if your diarrhea gets worse or starts to contain blood or mucus. Finish the full course of the medication even if you feel better. Stopping the course early increases the risk of the infection coming back.
