Do not consume more than the recommended dose as it may have harmful effects. Complete the full course of treatment even if you feel better to prevent the infection from returning. Common side effects include nausea, vomiting, fever, dark-colored urine, sweating, and increased saliva. Drink plenty of water to cope with side effects. Consult your doctor if side effects worsen or if you experience allergic reactions. Patients with liver and kidney ailments, pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult their doctor before taking this medicine. Avoid alcohol as it can cause excessive drowsiness. Your doctor may request laboratory tests to monitor the effects of the medicine.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it whole without chewing, crushing, or breaking it. Take it on an empty stomach and avoid tyramine-rich foods such as cheese, smoked fish, meats, and some types of beer.

Discontinue Rifacept 3 Kid Tablet and inform your doctor immediately if you get a rash, itchy skin, swelling of face and mouth, or have difficulty in breathing. It is advisable to drink plenty of fluids and maintain a healthy diet while taking the medicine. It may cause dizziness. Do not drive or do anything that requires mental focus until you know how the medicine affects you.
