Ricobix-TH Tablet is a combination medication containing Etoricoxib and Thiocolchicoside, used primarily for the treatment of pain due to muscle spasms. Etoricoxib is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that blocks the release of certain chemical messengers causing pain and inflammation. Thiocolchicoside is a muscle relaxant that acts on the brain and spinal cord to relieve muscle stiffness or spasms, thereby improving pain and muscle movement. While effective, it may cause side effects such as dizziness and fatigue. It is important to avoid alcohol while taking this medication and to monitor blood pressure regularly, especially during the initial weeks of treatment. Consult your doctor if you have a history of stomach ulcers, heart diseases, high blood pressure, liver or kidney disease, or if you notice symptoms like yellowing of the eyes or skin, dark urine, or stomach pain.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush, or break it. Ricobix-TH Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
