How it works
Rhinopin Oral Suspension contains Levocetirizine and Montelukast. Together these two relieve sneezing and runny nose caused due to allergies. Levocetirizine is an antiallergic that blocks a chemical messenger (histamine) responsible for runny nose, watery eyes, and sneezing. Montelukast is a leukotriene antagonist. It works by blocking another chemical messenger (leukotriene). This reduces inflammation (swelling) in the airways and nose and improves symptoms.

Frequently asked questions
My child has a persistent cough along with allergic symptoms. Can I give cough and allergy medicine together?
No. Do not mix cough and allergy medicines because they usually both contain similar ingredients. Mixing these medications may lead to double dosing of the active ingredients, increasing the risk of serious side effects.
Can I decrease the dose of Rhinopin Oral Suspension by myself if my child starts to feel better?
No, adhere to the dosage prescribed by your child's doctor. Never adjust or increase the dose by yourself as this can have negative consequences for their health and may lead to unforeseen reactions.
How should Rhinopin Oral Suspension be stored?
Rhinopin Oral Suspension should be stored at room temperature in a dry, dark place. Keep all medications out of reach and sight of children to prevent accidental ingestion.
Can Rhinopin Oral Suspension make my child sleepy?
Rhinopin Oral Suspension can cause mild drowsiness that may lead to sleepiness in your child. However, it should not be used to induce or manipulate sleep; forced sleep could mask any underlying sleep disorders like insomnia.
My child is an athlete and has a sports event in the next two days. Can I start the course of Rhinopin Oral Suspension?
