Rexovent D Syrup is a combination medicine used to treat common cold and cough symptoms. It contains Phenylephrine, Chlorpheniramine Maleate, and Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide. Phenylephrine acts as a decongestant, Chlorpheniramine Maleate as an antiallergic, and Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide as a cough suppressant. This combination helps in relieving congestion, runny nose, watery eyes, sneezing, and cough. It is important to follow the prescribed dosage and consult a doctor if symptoms persist or worsen.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Measure it with a measuring cup and take it by mouth. Shake well before use. Rexovent D Syrup may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
