Revac-B Plus Adult Vaccine is used for the prevention of hepatitis B infection. Inform your doctor if you are taking medications for cancer or HIV. Inform your doctor before taking the vaccine if you are old, obese or if you smoke. If you have an illness causing a high temperature, it is best to postpone vaccination until after the illness.
Revac-B Plus Adult Vaccine is recommended for everyone. Infants starting at birth, children without prior vaccinations, and individuals with chronic liver diseases (excluding hepatitis B) or those with HIV infection are also required to receive this vaccine. Additionally, people who have been exposed to a Hepatitis B-positive individual through sexual contact (including sexual assault), or potential victims of sexual abuse should consider getting vaccinated with Revac-B Plus.
