Restflox 50 Oral Suspension is an antibiotic medicine commonly given to children for the treatment of a wide range of bacterial infections. It is also part of the multidrug-resistant tuberculosis (MDR-TB) treatment regimen. The medicine is available in an oral suspension form and is effective in killing infection-causing bacteria without making them resistant to further treatment.

Your child must complete the entire course of antibiotics. Stopping too soon may cause the bacteria to multiply again or cause another infection. Do not give any calcium, magnesium, iron, vitamin, or antacid within 2 hours of taking Restflox 50 Oral Suspension as these can affect the absorption of the medicine.

Restflox 50 Oral Suspension is an antibiotic that interferes with the genetic material of bacteria by implanting defects in its DNA. These defects hamper the multiplication of the bacteria and affect its survival as well, killing the infection-causing bacteria from growing further and preventing the infection from spreading without making them resistant to further treatment.
