Respira Ace 100mg Capsule can be taken with food in the evening. Take it at the same time every day to get the most benefit. The dose and how often you take it depends on what you are taking it for. Your doctor will decide how much you need to improve your symptoms. Take this medicine for as long as it is prescribed for you. Do not miss even a single dose if in any case you missed a dose, take it as soon as you remember or better to skip the missed dose and continue with regular dosing. It does not work immediately or prevent the already started breathing trouble, hence always carry your medical inhaler with you for an emergency.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Respira Ace 100mg Capsule is to be taken with food.

Respira Ace 100mg Capsule is a mucolytic and bronchodilator. It works by relaxing the muscles of the airways and also thins and loosens mucus making it easier to breathe.
You have been prescribed Respira Ace 100mg Capsule for prevention and treatment of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). It should be taken at the same time each day, preferably in the evening after food. It does not work right away and should not be used to relieve sudden breathing problems. Always keep a fast-acting (rescue) inhaler with you. Your doctor may take regular blood test to monitor potassium level and the level of this medicine in your body. Do not discontinue use without consulting your doctor even if you feel better.
If you are taking birth control pills, your doctor may recommend reducing the dose of Respira Ace 100mg Capsule. This is because birth control pills can interfere with how Respira Ace 100mg Capsule is cleared from your body, which may increase its levels and the risk of side effects.
Respira Ace 100mg Capsule should be taken exactly as directed by your doctor. To help avoid an upset stomach, it's recommended to take Respira Ace 100mg Capsule with food.
If you are taking furosemide and Respira Ace 100mg Capsule together, be sure to have your potassium levels closely monitored. This is because the combination of these medicines may decrease potassium levels.
You should not take Respira Ace 100mg Capsule if you are allergic to ambroxol, theophylline, or any other ingredients in the medication. Additionally, people with low blood pressure, irregular heart rhythms, a history of heart attack, liver disease, or kidney disorders should avoid taking Respira Ace 100mg Capsule.
Respira Ace 100mg Capsule contains theophylline-7 acetate and ambroxol. This combination helps to make mucus more fluid, clears airways easily, and makes breathing easier. Compared to theophylline alone, Respira Ace 100mg Capsule may reduce the need for other medications used to treat asthma, such as salbutamol.
