Common side effects of this medicine include indigestion. This is usually mild and disappear after a short time. Consult your doctor if they persist. Lifestyle modifications like having a rich fiber diet, increase fluid intake and regular exercise can help you to get better results. Before taking this medicine, you should let your doctor know if you have liver or kidney problems. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should also consult their doctor. Your doctor may suggest a routine blood test to check the functioning of your liver while you are taking this medicine.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Reposit Tablet may be taken with or without food but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Reposit Tablet is a mucosal protective agent. It increases the synthesis of prostaglandin, a chemical messenger which improves healing of the ulcer.

Reposit Tablet helps in the treatment of stomach, intestinal and mouth ulcers. It can also be taken while you're taking NSAIDs (anti-inflammatory and analgesic drug) to lowers the chance of developing stomach ulcers. Inform your doctor immediately if you develop symptoms such as rash, itch and hives. Inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning pregnancy or breastfeeding.
