Relaxone Plus Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Eperisone and Paracetamol. Eperisone is a muscle relaxant that works by acting on the centers in the brain and spinal cord to relieve muscle stiffness or spasm. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and an antipyretic (fever reducer) that blocks the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain responsible for pain and fever.
