Relaxo 5mg Tablet is a benzodiazepine that works by increasing the action of a chemical messenger (GABA) which suppresses the abnormal and excessive activity of the nerve cells in the brain. It may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time. Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor as it has a high potential of habit-forming. If you have missed any doses, take it as soon as you remember it and finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better. Do not stop taking this medicine suddenly without talking to your doctor as it can cause withdrawal effects like depression and difficulty sleeping.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Relaxo 5mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
