Reethy-O 50mg/50mg Syrup is an antibiotic medicine that treats bacterial infections in children and adolescents. It contains two antibiotics, Cefixime and Ofloxacin, which work by preventing the formation of the bacterial protective covering (cell wall) and directly interacting with the genetic material of bacteria. The dose and duration depend upon the type and severity of the infection, your child's age, and body weight. Always stick to the dose, time, and way prescribed by the doctor.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a measuring cup and take it by mouth. Shake well before use. Reethy-O 50mg/50mg Syrup is to be taken with food.

Your child must complete the entire course of antibiotics. Stopping too soon may cause the bacteria to multiply again or cause another infection. Do not give any calcium, magnesium, iron, vitamin, or antacid within 2 hours of taking Reethy-O 50mg/50mg Syrup as these can affect the absorption of the medicine. Only give Reethy-O 50mg/50mg Syrup to your child for their current infection. Never save medicine for future illnesses. Stop this medicine and immediately report to your child's doctor in case your child develops an itchy rash, facial swelling, or breathing difficulties while taking this medicine.
