Redfen Plus Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Ibuprofen, Paracetamol, and Magnesium Trisilicate. Ibuprofen is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) and Paracetamol is an antipyretic (fever reducer). They work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and fever. Magnesium Trisilicate reduces the amount of acid in the stomach and prevents damage to the stomach lining caused by Ibuprofen.

Redfen Plus Tablet is given to treat various painful conditions. Stick to simple meals and avoid spicy rich food to avoid feeling sick (nausea). Drink plenty of water while taking it. Do not take indigestion remedies (antacids) within two hours of taking this medicine. Do not take it with any other pain medicine without asking your doctor first.
