What is Recob 500mcg Injection?
Recob 500mcg Injection contains vitamin B12. Vitamin B12 is essential for the body to produce red blood cells and maintain a healthy nervous system. It's also crucial for energy release from food and utilizing Vitamin B11 (folate).
Why might I not be getting enough vitamin B12 in my diet?
You can get vitamin B12 from foods such as meat, fish, eggs, and dairy products. However, vegetarians or vegans may not get adequate B12 because it's not naturally found in plant-based foods like fruits, vegetables, and grains. Therefore, vitamin B12 deficiency is more common in those groups.
What are the symptoms of vitamin B12 deficiency?
Vitamin B12 deficiency can lead to tiredness and weakness, constipation, loss of appetite, weight loss, megaloblastic anemia (larger than normal red blood cells), and nerve problems such as numbness and tingling in the hands and feet. Other possible symptoms include balance issues, depression, confusion, dementia, memory impairment, and soreness of the mouth or tongue.
Is Recob 500mcg Injection safe to use?
