Realfol is a combination of L-methylfolate with vitamins B6 and methylcobalamin. L-methylfolate, vitamins B6, and methylcobalamin work together to manage hyperhomocysteinemia and supplement the diet. Methylcobalamin is an essential nutrient for neurons that protects them from oxidative stress.
