Ratzit 10mg Tablet is a derivative of vitamin A. It acts on glands (sebaceous) to reduce the production of a natural substance (sebum) that causes acne. Also, the controlled sebum production kills acne-causing bacteria. It also works as an anti-inflammatory to decrease inflammation (redness and swelling).
Take it with food. Avoid exposure to sunlight while using Ratzit 10mg Tablet. Use protective measures such as sunscreen or protective clothing. Avoid face waxing and laser treatment while using this medicine as it makes your skin more fragile. It may cause dryness of mouth, lips, and eyes. Drink plenty of water, use moisturiser and avoid wearing contact lenses. Inform your doctor if it bothers you. Do not take Ratzit 10mg Tablet if you are pregnant, planning pregnancy or breastfeeding.

While many patients see significant improvement and experience long-term symptom relief with a single 15-20-week course of Ratzit 10mg Tablet, it may not be completely permanent in some cases. The symptoms in the affected individuals may continue to improve even after completing treatment, particularly if further courses are required. A second course should be avoided for at least eight weeks following the completion of a first course.

If liver enzyme levels remain elevated for an extended period of time, your doctor may consider discontinuing the use of Ratzit 10mg Tablet.
