Rasipar 0.5mg Tablet can be taken alone or in combination with other medicines. It may be taken with or without food. However, it is advised to take it at the same time each day as this helps to maintain a consistent level of medicine in the body. Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. If you have missed a dose, take it as soon as you remember it. You should never skip any doses and try to finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better. This medication mustn't be stopped suddenly without talking to your doctor as it can result in confusion, stiff muscles, and a high fever.

Be cautious while driving or doing anything that requires concentration as Rasipar 0.5mg Tablet can make you very sleepy. Rasipar 0.5mg Tablet can make you dizzy or lightheaded, especially when you suddenly stand up from sitting or laying down. Let your doctor know if you are also taking medicines for depression or mood disorders. Do not stop taking Rasipar 0.5mg Tablet suddenly. Sudden stopping may cause confusion, stiff muscles, and a high fever. As a precaution, foods high in tyramine (e.g. aged cheeses, air-dried meat, soy sauce, tap/draft beers, and red wine) should be avoided when taking Rasipar 0.5mg Tablet as it may cause an unsafe rise in your blood pressure.
