Short Description

Dosage Form

Capsule

Introduction

Rapilif-D 4/0.5 Capsule is a combination of two medicines, Silodosin and Dutasteride, that work together to relieve symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) such as difficulty urinating or frequent urination. It is not intended to prevent prostate cancer. Common side effects may include dizziness, blurring of vision, and sexual dysfunction. It is important to follow the prescribed dosage and consult your doctor for any concerns.

Directions for Use

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Rapilif-D 4/0.5 Capsule is to be taken with food, approximately 30 minutes after the same meal each day.

How it works

Rapilif-D 4/0.5 Capsule is a combination of Silodosin, an alpha-blocker that relaxes the muscles around the bladder exit and prostate gland to allow easy passage of urine, and Dutasteride, a 5-alpha-reductase inhibitor that helps shrink the prostate gland by decreasing the level of the hormone that promotes its growth.

Quick Tips
