Ralson Dengral Syrup is a medicine that helps to increase platelets and WBC in the blood, acting as an immune builder to the body. It is used to prevent body cells from getting infected by the dengue virus when used as a prophylactic, maintain a healthy immune system, and acts as a immunity booster in both dengue and fever. It also helps to loose fat deposition around hips, waist and abdomen.

Adult: 15ml-20ml, two times a day for a week. Children: Half the adult dose or as prescribed by the physician.
