Introduction

Rafron Total Tablet can be taken with or without food. How much you need and how often you take it will depend on what you are being treated for. Follow the advice of your doctor. You should keep taking it regularly to prevent problems from happening in the future. You may be able to help improve your symptoms by eating smaller meals more often and avoiding spicy or fatty foods.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush, or break it. Rafron Total Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Rafron Total Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Ondansetron and Rabeprazole. Ondansetron is an antiemetic medication that works by blocking the action of a chemical messenger (serotonin) in the brain that may cause nausea and vomiting. Rabeprazole is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) that works by reducing the amount of acid in the stomach, which helps in the relief of acid-related indigestion and heartburn.

Take your doses about half an hour before meals If you vomit within one hour of taking a dose, take another dose Avoid taking soft drinks, citrus fruits like orange and lemon, which can irritate the stomach and increase acid secretion Incorporate lifestyle changes to prevent acidity, such as eating regular meals, drinking plenty of water, avoiding spicy and fatty fried food, losing weight if obese, and quitting smoking Do not go to bed immediately after taking a meal, sit in a relaxed position for some time for better digestion
