Rafinlar 75mg Capsule should be taken at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after a meal in the dose as advised by the doctor. The duration of treatment varies on the basis of your response to the treatment. Your doctor may advice regular eye examinations while taking this medicine. You must inform the doctor if you experience eye irritation, blurred vision, eye pain, or other vision changes during your treatment.

Rafinlar 75mg Capsule is an anti-cancer medication. It works by blocking the activity of BRAF, a mutated protein that regulates cell growth. A BRAF mutation enables cells to divide at abnormal rate and grow into a melanoma tumor.
Do not drive or do anything requiring concentration until you know how it affects you. Use a reliable contraceptive method to prevent pregnancy while you are taking this medicine and for 4 months after you stop taking it. Inform your doctor if you get headaches, stomach pain, or if you notice blood in your urine or stools. Get regular eye examinations while taking this medicine. Inform your doctor if you get eye irritation, blurred vision, eye pain, or other vision changes during your treatment. Inform your doctor if you develop symptoms of liver damage such as abdominal pain, loss of appetite, darkened urine, or yellowing of the eyes or skin.
