How it works
Racflo OR Oral Suspension contains three medicines - Ofloxacin, Ornidazole, and Racecadotril. Together, these ingredients prove effective against diarrhea and dysentery. Racecadotril is an enkephalinase inhibitor that has anti-secretory effects. This helps reduce the amount of fluid lost from the body in diarrhea. Ofloxacin is an antibiotic that kills bacteria by preventing them from reproducing and causing infection. Ornidazole is also an antibiotic that kills other microorganisms in addition to bacteria by damaging their DNA.
