Quventor Softgel Capsule may be taken with or without food. It should be used in the dose and duration prescribed by your doctor. It is advised to take this medicine at a fixed time to avoid missing a dose. This medicine should not be taken more than the recommended dose. It is usually a safe medicine with very minimal or no side effects. However, if you experience severe diarrhea, vomiting, or constipation, you should consult your doctor without delay. It is advised not to take alcohol after taking this medicine.

Quventor Softgel Capsule is a combination of vitamins, antioxidants, and minerals. Coenzyme Q10 is a fat-soluble compound that helps the mitochondria (the powerhouse of cells) convert food into energy and it's also an antioxidant. L-carnitine L-tartrate helps turn the fats present in ingested food into energy. It decreases insulin resistance and oxidative stress and improves immune function. Omega-3 fatty acids may decrease triglyceride levels and increase good cholesterol. Selenium prevents cell damage and protects the body from the poisonous effects of heavy metals and other harmful substances.

Let your doctor know if you are taking any other medications like antihypertensives, antibiotics, or medicines for heart disease or bone disorders. Closely monitor your blood sugar level if you are diabetic. Quventor Softgel Capsule might lower blood pressure, so monitor your blood pressure carefully. Avoid taking antacids 2 hours before or after taking Quventor Softgel Capsule as they make it harder for your body to absorb the medicine. Avoid smoking, chewing tobacco, and alcohol while taking Quventor Softgel Capsule.
