Qril DM Syrup is a medicine used to treat dry cough. It works by directly suppressing the cough reflex in the brain. It also produces a cool sensation and relieves minor throat irritation as well as provides relief from allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes, and sneezing.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a measuring cup and take it by mouth. Shake well before use. Qril DM Syrup may be taken with or without food but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Use a proper measuring cup or spoon to measure the dosage. Inform your doctor if you have or have ever had a breathing problem such as asthma, emphysema, or chronic bronchitis. Consult your doctor if you do not see any improvement and have cough for more than 7 days. Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor.
