Shake the bottle and using the applicator, insert the lotion till scalp for direct application. Use a comb or fingers to part the hair to expose the scalp and apply 5-10 sprays. Massage the lotion into the scalp. Don't wash away immediately. Shower and wash hair at least 30 minutes after application. Use twice a day, that is morning and evening on the entire scalp.
