QCYG 10 Softgel Capsule is a combination of vitamins, antioxidants, and minerals. Coenzyme Q10 is a fat-soluble compound that helps the mitochondria (the powerhouse of cells) convert food into energy and it's also an antioxidant. L-carnitine L-tartrate helps turn the fats present in ingested food into energy. It decreases insulin resistance and oxidative stress and improves immune function.
