Pynoz-L Capsule SR is a medicine used to treat gastroesophageal reflux disease (acid reflux) by relieving the symptoms of acidity such as heartburn, stomach pain, or irritation. It also neutralizes the acid and promotes easy passage of gas to reduce stomach discomfort.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Pynoz-L Capsule SR is to be taken empty stomach.
Pynoz-L Capsule SR is a combination of two medicines: Levosulpiride and Pantoprazole.
Pynoz-L Capsule SR is prescribed to give relief from acidity and its associated symptoms. It is a well-tolerated medicine and provides relief for a long time. Take it one hour before the meal, preferably in the morning. Inform your doctor if you get watery diarrhea or stomach pain that does not go away. Do not consume alcohol while taking Pynoz-L Capsule SR as it can increase the risk of stomach damage.
Take Pynoz-L Capsule SR as directed by your doctor. For optimal results, take one capsule on an empty stomach daily.
Patients with known allergies to any component or excipient of this medicine should not use Pynoz-L Capsule SR.
Yes, some patients may experience dizziness (feeling faint, weak, unsteady, or lightheaded) while taking Pynoz-L Capsule SR. If you feel dizzy, rest for a while and resume once you feel better.
Studies suggest that adults taking high doses of Pynoz-L Capsule SR may be at an increased risk of osteoporosis-related fractures, particularly in the hip, wrist, or spine. This risk is more significant with high doses and long-term therapy (a year or longer).
