Do not skip any doses and finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better. It is important that this medication is not stopped suddenly without talking to your doctor as it may worsen your symptoms.

Psycolam Forte Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Chlorpromazine, Trihexyphenidyl, and Trifluoperazine. Chlorpromazine is a typical antipsychotic. Psycolam Forte Tablet is given for the treatment of schizophrenia. It is better to take Psycolam Forte Tablet at night as this medicine may produce drowsiness or sleepiness. Avoid getting up too fast from a sitting or lying position or you may feel dizzy. Inform your doctor if you are taking any antidepressants. If you have diabetes, you will be asked to monitor your blood glucose level regularly as Psycolam Forte Tablet may affect the levels of sugar in your blood.
