Introduction

Pruless Tablet is taken with or without food in a dose and duration as advised by the doctor. The dose you're given will depend on your condition and how you respond to the medicine. Let your doctor know about all other medications you are taking as some may affect or be affected by this medicine.

Pruless Tablet is a selective 5-HT4 receptor agonist that has high intrinsic activity. It indirectly stimulates the release of acetylcholine, a chemical messenger that increases the motility of the intestine and treats even chronic (long-term) constipation very effectively.
