Introduction

Prulastin-M Oral Suspension may be taken with or without food. The dose may vary depending on what you are taking it for. Take it as it has been prescribed by your doctor. You may need this medicine only on days you have symptoms or as prescribed by your doctor. If you stop taking it earlier than advised, your symptoms may come back. This medicine is generally very safe. However, if you experience any symptoms on taking the medicine, you should let your doctor know. Before taking it, you should tell your doctor if you have any problems with your liver or kidneys or with your heart to make sure it is safe for you. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should also consult with their doctor before taking it.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a measuring cup and take it by mouth. Shake well before use. Prulastin-M Oral Suspension may be taken with or without food but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Prulastin-M Oral Suspension is a combination of two medicines: Bilastine and Montelukast. Bilastine is an anti-allergic medication that treats allergy symptoms such as itching, swelling, and rashes by blocking the effects of a chemical messenger (histamine) in the body. Montelukast works by blocking the action of leukotriene, a chemical messenger, which reduces inflammation in the airways to prevent asthma and relieve symptoms of allergies.

You have been prescribed Prulastin-M Oral Suspension for the treatment of allergy symptoms such as sneezing and runny nose. Stop taking Prulastin-M Oral Suspension at least three days before taking an allergy test as it can affect the test results. Do not discontinue use without consulting your doctor even if you feel better.
