The thermometer is unbreakable, mercury-free, and has a beep feature that indicates the measurement is complete. It also has a fever alarm feature, auto-shutdown feature, and is easily washable with water.

To use the thermometer, press the on/off switch, long press the switch for 3 seconds to switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit, place the probe under the tongue or close to the heat pocket, and wait for the thermometer to beep, indicating the measurement is complete.
