Propnix Forte 0.25mg/10mg Tablet is a combination of Alprazolam and Propranolol. It should be taken on an empty stomach, at the same time each day, and in the dose and duration advised by your doctor. It has high habit-forming potential and should not be stopped suddenly. Avoid consuming alcohol while taking this medicine as it may reduce its effectiveness.

Propnix Forte 0.25mg/10mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Alprazolam and Propranolol. Alprazolam is a benzodiazepine that works by increasing the action of GABA, a chemical messenger which suppresses the abnormal and excessive activity of the nerve cells in brain. Propranolol is a beta blocker that blocks the action of certain chemical messengers on the heart and blood vessels, reducing heart rate, blood pressure, and strain on the heart.
