Introduction

Prometil Plus 325mg/5mg Tablet can be taken with or without food. Take it in the dose and duration prescribed by your doctor. You should keep taking the medicine even if you feel better until the doctor says it is alright to stop using it. Using this medicine may cause a few common side effects like dry mouth, constipation, weight gain, and decreased blood pressure. Prometil Plus 325mg/5mg Tablet is a combination of Paracetamol and Prochlorperazine. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and anti-pyretic (fever reducer) that works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and fever. Prochlorperazine is an antiemetic (anti-nausea) medicine that blocks the signals in the brain that cause nausea and vomiting associated with migraine.

Prometil Plus 325mg/5mg Tablet helps to ease the pain you feel during a migraine headache as well as helps to stop you from feeling sick. This medicine can only decrease the number and severity of attacks but may not completely stop them. Do not take any other medications containing Paracetamol without asking your doctor first. Have your meals at the same time every day. Avoid bright lights and extreme temperatures. Avoid loud music and noisy places. Avoid chocolates, cheese, processed food, alcohol, and smoking. Get sufficient sleep and avoid stress.
