Proapaci 60 Tablet may be taken with or without food. However, always take it in the dose and duration prescribed by your doctor. Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush, or break it. Proapaci 60 Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Prostate cancer cells depend on androgens to grow and survive. Even in cases where the cancer becomes resistant to standard hormonal therapies (castration-resistant), androgen receptors in the cancer cells continue to be active and promote cancer growth. Proapaci 60 Tablet targets these androgen receptors, blocks their activation, and prevents them from binding to androgens. This action inhibits the signaling pathway that drives the growth and proliferation of prostate cancer cells.

If you have ever experienced a seizure, you must inform your doctor. If you have ever suffered from a brain injury, stroke (within one year), or primary brain tumor, inform your doctor. Inform your doctor if you have a history of cardiovascular problems. Follow your doctor's instructions regarding the dosage, timing, and duration of the treatment. Attend all follow-up visits with your doctor as scheduled. The doctor may monitor your liver function while you are on Proapaci 60 Tablet treatment as it can affect liver enzymes.
