Introduction

Preza AT 10mg/75mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Amitriptyline and Pregabalin. It works by increasing the level of chemical messengers in the brain. This helps in regulating the mood and stopping the movement of pain signals from nerves to brain. It is used to treat certain types of long-lasting pain caused by damage to nerves.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Preza AT 10mg/75mg Tablet may be taken with or without food but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Preza AT 10mg/75mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Amitriptyline and Pregabalin. Together they relieve neuropathic pain (pain from damaged nerves). Pregabalin is an alpha 2 delta ligand which decreases pain by modulating calcium channel activity of the nerve cells.

Preza AT 10mg/75mg Tablet is used to treat certain types of long-lasting pain caused by damage to nerves. It may ease the pain within a few days but it may take 2-3 weeks before you see maximum benefit. Inform your doctor if you are taking any other pain-relieving medicines. Along with taking this medicine, your doctor might advise you to undergo physiotherapy to get relief from pain. Preza AT 10mg/75mg Tablet might cause dry mouth. Frequent sips of water may help ease the discomfort.
