Tablet
Prewell NM 75mg/10mg/1500mg Tablet is a combination medicine used to treat neuropathic pain. It works by decreasing pain through the modulation of calcium channel activity in nerve cells and increasing the levels of chemical messengers in the brain that help regulate mood and protect nerve fibers. This medication may cause side effects such as drowsiness, and it is important to inform your doctor if you are taking other pain-relieving medicines or have a history of seizures. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult their doctor before using this medication.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush, or break it. Prewell NM 75mg/10mg/1500mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Prewell NM 75mg/10mg/1500mg Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Pregabalin, Nortriptyline, and Methylcobalamin. Pregabalin decreases pain by modulating calcium channel activity in nerve cells. Nortriptyline increases the levels of chemical messengers (serotonin and noradrenaline) that stop the movement of pain signals in the brain. Methylcobalamin helps in the production of myelin, a substance that protects nerve fibers and rejuvenates damaged nerve cells. Together, they relieve neuropathic pain.
Prewell NM 75mg/10mg/1500mg Tablet is used to treat certain types of long-lasting pain caused by damage to nerves. Inform your doctor if you are taking any other pain-relieving medicines. Inform your doctor if you have a history of seizures. Immediately seek medical help if you experience hallucinations, fever, sweating, shivering, fast heart rate, muscle twitching, or loss of coordination. Along with taking Prewell NM 75mg/10mg/1500mg Tablet, your doctor might advise you to undergo physiotherapy to get relief from pain.
